Welcome to OREMC’s idrs© (Interval Data Retrieval System)!!! We are always exploring new technologies to help us better serve you. One of these new technologies, our Automated Meter Reading system, has proven to be a valuable investment in so many areas. One of the many features of this AMR system is the ability to retrieve hourly data on electric consumption.

OREMC’S Twacs© metering system provides the meter reading that we use to bill your account each month. The system also tracks and stores kWh usage by hourly intervals. This information is used by our engineering and customer service departments. In the past, a customer could only obtain an hourly usage report by speaking with one of our Customer Service Representatives.

We are pleased to announce that now you can view an hourly report on your electric usage from your own home! Accessing the hourly information can better help you to understand when your kWh is being used. During extreme cold or hot weather, you can compare the difference in usage of a mild versus extreme temperature day. It is not unusual for kWh usage to triple or quadruple on an extreme temperature day.

To view your hourly report all you need is your member number and password--the same log in information that you use for our Bill Presentment and Payment website.However, if you do not know your password, simply contact customer service and we will give you the password.
