Member Service Representative - Nahunta, Georgia
Okefenoke REMC has an opening for a Member Service Representative.
The Member Service Representative position is responsible for:
- Front line communication with our consumer-members in person, online and on the phone.
- Providing and maintaining accurate records regarding consumer-member accounts, including but not limited to billing records, meter records, and payment records.
- Receiving new connection requests, transfer requests, and disconnection requests of service in person and over the phone.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of OREMC rates, policies, and procedures to properly inform, educate, and assist all consumer-members with their needs.
- Assisting consumer-members with a wide range of concerns: billing inquiries, usage concerns, voltage complaints, etc. while maintaining a positive attitude and developing a working relationship with all Okefenoke REMC department personnel.
